DESCRIPTION:For whom is the JUMPING training suitable?\nFor participation in the bellicon JUMPING training\, experience in the field of group fitness is recommended\, but not required. Anyone who would like to offer fitness-oriented courses on bellicon rebounders in the future will find the basis for this in this training. \nWhat does the JUMPING training include?\nThe bellicon JUMPING training is the basic training for fitness-oriented and high-quality bellicon JUMPING courses. We will teach you the correct execution of the basic bellicon steps\, the right jumping technique and the structure of a bellicon JUMPING class. In addition\, music theory as well as leading group classes with the help of music are also taught during the teacher JUMPING education. Thanks to the comprehensive package of theory and practice\, the participants will be able to conduct a first class bellicon JUMPING lesson at the end of the seminar. Prior to the training\, participants will be sent an informational video about the bellicon trampoline\, its history\, philosophy\, and the Academy’s workshops. \nThe second day of training concludes with a practical individual test in which the participants simulate a lesson – from proper class introduction and explaining the essential aspects of the bellicon\, to instructing a few steps while using the teaching and music techniques taught during the seminar. A point system creates maximum transparency and makes it possible to address weak points. If you don’t pass the exam right away\, no worries! The bellicon Academy will provide its support until you successfully pass and get your certification. \nWhat opportunities does the JUMPING training offer?\nAfter successfully completing bellicon’s basic training\, all trainers can attend further bellicon Academy workshops\, such as bellicon ADVANCED\, bellicon INTERVALL\, bellicon HEALTH or bellicon KIDS\, to further adapt and cater to their own targeted fitness community. \nAdditional information:\n\nWe start both days promptly at 10:00 AM and end the seminar at 6:00 PM PST\n\nWhat you should bring:\n\nSnacks for your breaks\nTowel\, workout gear\, sport shoes and change of clothes as needed.\nWriting materials\n\nWe look forward to seeing you! \nHINWEISWe will take photos during the seminar to post them on Facebook and make them available to you.
