If you already have a bellicon® at home, we recommend the single JUMPING education course. You can also use a mini-trampoline by another brand, but we recommend a bellicon® device, as this is the only way we can give appropriate feedback on how it works and our education courses are geared towards the bellicon® mini-trampolines.
