Information about the online workshop
The workshop without bellicon® GO Jumping trampoline and without Shadowboxer belt is best booked if you already have the equipment at home. You can also use a trampoline from another brand, but we recommend a bellicon® device, as this is the only way we can give you feedback on how it works and our workshops are geared towards bellicon® mini trampolines.

The Shadowboxer belt takes on the role of a stabilizing element. The aim of the training, as well as an unavoidable side effect, is to increase endurance and strengthen the whole body.
This is why the Shadowboxer belt is essential for this workshop. Opt for this package if you do not yet have a Shadowboxer belt.
