Who is the JUMPING training course suitable for?
Experience in group fitness is recommended, but not required, for participation in the bellicon JUMPING training course. Anyone who would like to offer fitness-orientated courses on bellicon® mini trampolines in the future will find the basis for this in this training course.
What does the JUMPING training involve?
The bellicon JUMPING training is the basic training for fitness-orientated and high-quality bellicon JUMPING courses. In addition to the correct execution of the steps and the jumping technique, music theory and the instruction of group courses with the help of music and the sensible structure of a course lesson are also taught. Thanks to the comprehensive package of theory and practice, participants will be able to run a first-class bellicon® JUMPING class at the end of the seminar. Before the training, participants will be sent an information video about the bellicon® trampoline, its history, philosophy and the Academy’s workshops.
The second day of training concludes with a practical individual examination in which the participants simulate a lesson – from the greeting and explanation of the essential aspects of the bellicon® to the instruction of a few steps with the correct use of music. A points system creates maximum transparency and makes it possible to address any weaknesses. If you don’t manage to complete the training at the first attempt, the bellicon Academy will continue to provide support until nothing stands in the way of a successful qualification.
What opportunities does the JUMPING training offer?
After the fitness-oriented basic training, trainers can attend further workshops at the bellicon Academy, such as bellicon ADVANCED, bellicon INTERVALL, bellicon HEALTH or bellicon KIDS, in order to be able to adapt the range of courses even better to their own target group. After training, the trainers are completely free in their training activities and are not obliged to pay any license fees.
